Band 1 course of treatment £27.90

This covers an examination, diagnosis and car to prevent problems. If needed, this includes x-rays, a scale and polish and application of fluoride varnish or fissure sealent. Emergency treatment (when you need to see a dentist immediately) also costs £27.90

Band 2 course of treatment £76.60

This covers everything in Band 1 plus other treatment such as fillings, root-canal work or if your dentist needs to take out one or more of your teeth.

Band 3 course of treatment £332.10

This covers everything in Band 1 and 2 plus crowns, dentures and bridges.
